I filled mine out 1st. It should be there already, even before you 'Classic'.
If they didn't get it file then let me know because I hear they may have messed a few up early in the process. |

Next ...and this is important. EVERYONE here NEEDS to fill out the A-kon Volunteer form!! (that includes you "Master" and "Ancient"!)
Finally, as an FYI, I rescheduled the first staff meeting that we were going to have on Sunday at 2pm to Sunday, March 7th., same time via web conferencing. Reason is that the Ancient and I may have a meeting with the A-kon Execs soon, and I would like to make sure that the first meeting has the latest info. If you have questions on this let me know.

I live in the Arlington Area I am currently going to UTA at the moment. Thanks very much. But what games will be appearing at the tourney, I have run many tournaments in Arizona so I have alot of experience with big events like this. I want to be as much help as possible. Does anyone know when the schedule for the volunteer work will be posted? |

Currently we are planning to do:
Super Street Fighter 4
Tekken 6
Halo 3
Super Smash Bros: Brawl
These are the core tournaments, and I am 98% sure that we will be added a couple more very soon. Thanks! |

We have Samantha on the Volunteer list but I don't see her on the schedule yet so we need to get her set up with a shift and role. What's her username here on DFWGames? On the volunteer form we have Tsunade Matsumoto but don't find it on the website. Need to get her registered on the site as well if she's not. |
